actually you can blame amd. because they do not fix their drivers i can not release the new oclHashcat-plus which already supports gtx680

Really? I was going to buy 2 x GTX 680. Would it be better to hit the HD 7970 instead?
I'm particularly interested on md5crypt benchmarks on these two graphic cards but I didn't find any so far.

I'd say yes. ATI is faster and cheaper than nvidia.
