hashcat Forum

Hi,

I've using Hashcat for several months and it works great, but today when I want to use, it says "Error: this copy of hashcat is outdated ..". I didnt change anything before.

I have updated several things:

- Hashcat GUI : v0.5.1
- Hashcat : v0.41
- oclHashcat Plus : v0.12
- oclHashcat Lite: v0.13

When I opened the hashcat GUI, and check the "Help - About", it can only detect the oclHashcat-plus32.exe 0.12. I check the changes.txt of each folder aboves, and I'm sure it using the latest version. I just downloaded today also.

What could be wrong, please help.
