Yea, VCL works with OpenCL only.
The good news is that oclhc will be getting networking support soon.
may i ask how we can get truecrypt volume hash?
I don't think the hash will do you any good, for it needs to decrypt few couple of bytes first, which will read "TRUE" in ASCII if the password is right.
