What about upgrading to Catalyst 14.2 ? And are you sure that all your configs are OK ?

I'm guessing that H/s means "hashes per second"?

I get about 51,000 H/s. That pretty good?

Depends on the hash type you use. For NTLM, this would be veeery slow.
