It depends on the salt length, I guess. If it's a short salt, you try can bruteforce it but I don't understand why you want to do that. If you have bad intentions, normally all users have unique salts so even if you know yours, it won't help you with anything else.

But... yes it would.

It would give me an understanding of the salts, if I know it's 5digits, I can crack them all according to that.

I realised I can just use dictionary+mask with that 1 password in the dic, can be closed.
