I found these urls on the list of https://hashcat.net/wiki/
https://www.bettertogether.org.au/

Not sure about the rest, but still - please see if these addresses are not malicious indeed.
Is this spam?
No, he's referring to the links we have in the "Howtos, Videos, Papers, Articles, etc. in the wild" section of the wiki. Some of those domains expired (such as d3ad0ne's old site) and now redirect to spam/malware.

I have issue with rules thing in oclhashcat, so have been going through wiki and my security software raised few alarms - just wanted to let you know.

No worries and thanks for clarify. I've fixed the URL by switching to archive.org as far as they had it archived.
