Hi,

is it possible to output the hashes to a file, instead of comparing the generated hash to the provided one? For some unsalted encryption methods I could build my own rainbowtable instead having to run the job x times ;-)

bastibasti, try reading the documention. It's (literally) all there. Run:
oclhashcat64 --help
and what you're looking for is there. Any other things, if it's not there, try the wiki - which is robust - then if you still can't find it (and have tried Google) come here.

Reading the output of --help or the wiki will not answer his question. oclHashcat does not support what he wants to do, because what he wants to do is braindead.
