My cards is R9 390 ,and everything looks ok.

But the third card's speed is too slowly :

Speed.Dev.#1.....:   178.5 kH/s (6.48ms)
Speed.Dev.#2.....:   178.1 kH/s (6.55ms)
Speed.Dev.#3.....:    50346 H/s (11.30ms)
Speed.Dev.#*.....:   406.9 kH/s

I've looked up wiki and found nothing, what should i do?

It's strange!!
Looks strange, no idea. Maybe reinstall driver, but use this documentation: https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=fre...hould_i_do
whats ur pc info/hardware etc..?
did u try to swap this card that making issue in another slot?
did u try to put the card only by him self?
did u try to put the card with another card ? (e.g 1 working card & 1 problem card)

what did u do to troubleshooting ur problem so we wont repeat what u've done..
I have this exact same behavior when loading up low workload attacks(3x 1080 FE). Small dictionaries and poor/small masks and rules can cause this. If you increase your workload, it should fix it and begin to behave normally again.
