I tested on Windows.
Hashcat in Windows is working well
And all of keys working fine.
But Ubuntu doesn't

what type of terminal do you use (gnome terminal, xterm etc)? Did you try a different one?
why do you run it with sudo ? If you really need to run it with priviledged permissions, did you try to run it by logging in as root (e.g. sudo su).
It could also have to do with some terminal settings/environment variables.
You should try a very simple example, like "./hashcat.bin -a 3 example0.hash ?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a"
Did you experience similar behaviour with other console programs (other programs that do not use a GUI/X11)?
It's actually really strange because even most of the devs use linux/ubuntu based system and nobody noticed any problem like this (neither with older version nor with new versions of hashcat).
Do you get any further warning messages in the output (maybe that you didn't noticed?).
well, I don't know if you are able to "debug" this somehow (do you have some programming/C skills ?), if so maybe the file src/terminal.c should be the first consideration to start debugging it: functions keypress (), tty_break (), tty_getchar () etc
I hope we will find the main cause of this problem soon... (if nothing helps, maybe you can try to boot from a live-cd or install a fresh copy of the OS - if you want on a separate hard disk/partition - so we can make sure if this also happens with a fresh OS).

I have gnome terminal.
I tried xterm with "./hashcat.bin -a 3 example0.hash ?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a"
but not solved.
I used sudo because I used the "--powertune-enable" and without sudo , it says : "nvmlDeviceSetPowerManagementLimit(): Insufficient Permissions".
I don't changed any Terminal settings.

no , there is no warnings in hashcat output.

I don't have any skills in C programming, but I learning C++.

OK
I'll try with a fresh OS soon.

Hmm, interesting, no one else has ran in to this?
I just upgraded a system to run off 16.04 so I could use the latest hashcat again. Wiped drive and did a stock Ubuntu Server 16.04.2 x64 system. I disabled i386 with dpkg, updated stock packages, installed amdgpu-pro 16.40 (removing i386 references), installed intel opencl 4.1, and downloaded and extracted the hashcat binaries. I don't think I've done anything else.
I've only used this system from SSH. ETA: Tried it locally w/ keyboard at the console, behaved exactly the same. I did NOT do the x11/xdm/headless packages I did when I was running 14.04 (doesn't seem like this would affect this sort of thing, no?). No real difference running as a regular user or as root (user is in the video group, but running as user does give permission denied on the pwm commands). It just simply does not respond to keyboard input, weirdest thing. I guess I could try 17.04, generally I like to stay with LTS releases. Tested hascat 3.6.0 and 3.30, does same on both.
Code:
user@host:~/hashcat-3.6.0$ ./hashcat64.bin -a 3 example0.hash ?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a
hashcat (v3.6.0) starting...

ETA2:
Did a do-release-upgrade all the way to 17.04, didn't change it, so it's something else, wondering if it's Intel CL related? I'm going to pave the drive and start fresh again...

I've wiped the disk twice. Installing 17.04 fresh from usb drive, I had the problem of no AMDGPU-PRO support, the installer doesn't work right on 17.04... There are hacks for 16.10, but I didn't bother. The AMD drivers were still loaded on 17.04 when I did the do-release-upgrade...
So I went back to 16.04.2. Fresh install. I installed JUST the AMDGPU-PRO stuff 16.40. Immediately after installing the AMD drivers, I unzipped hashcat and it worked fine. Keyboard support worked for status/pause/quit/etc.
Immediately after I verified it working, I installed the Intel driver ("SRB4.1_linux64.zip" from https://software.intel.com/en-us/article...nux_driver), once I did this I lost keyboard support in Hashcat. Removing the Intel files out of /etc and /opt and running ldconfig again immediately fixed it.
The culprit, at least in my case seems to point directly to having the Intel OpenCL 4.1 drivers loaded. Why, I'm not sure.
Immediately after removing the Intel Open CL files, note no Intel OpenCL platform, success:
I'm not sure this is really "fixed" since I don't have Intel OpenCL support, but considering how little perf CPU adds on most algorithms, it doesn't bother me and am fine without it.

The wordlist or mask that you are using is too small.
This means that hashcat cannot use the full parallel power of your device(s).
Unless you supply more work, your cracking speed will drop.
For tips on supplying more work, see: https://hashcat.net/faq/morework

I've ran into this. Sometimes seems has list related, other times doesn't. Ie wasn't happening yesterday, though today it is. Only ever had this issue on Windows, never Linux.
