Are you talking about the "Util" value in the status prompt of hashcat ?
It's showing 100% Util in hashcat, I was looking at the GPU Utilization in the performance tab in Windows
I don't think the task manager will even recognize common OpenCL tools/software. It will just consider a few other/built-in or video editing/media player software etc.
It would probably make more sense to test with some tuning tools like afterburner/GPU-Z etc

Good idea, I tested with GPU-Z and it does show its maxing the GPU out. Panic over haha
Do you think 115,000 H/s sounds about right for a NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti working on WEP2 hashes?
If so I might look at making a rig with 8 graphics cards.
