hashcat Forum

I am trying to brutforce an old bitcoin wallat.dat file but after opeing the file with bitcoin2John.py the hashes I got from it is only one line and when I try to brutforce that hashcode I get error message no hashes where loaded, I compared this code with another witcoin wallet and I found that this wallet hashes is missing one digit or charected, basically it is one charector less then the other bitcoin wallet.dat file which has hashcat able to load the hashes for brutforce,  

I am using hashcat version 6.0.0 ,  I am stuck here what should I do now, can you suggest and any resolution for this,

secondly can I brutforce bitcoin wallet on linux docket image, will I require the bitcoin2john.py file on linux also. can I put multiple hashcode in one txt file to get all of there password in one brutforce.

please help me.
