36 ^ 13 is a huge keyspace to brute force on WPA and at 28,800 H/s it won't happen, even if you go at 1 million h/s still won't happen, unless the key is very near the beginning.

hashcat-cli64.exe -a 0 -m 1000 my.hash [missing.hcmask | missing.wordfiles | missing\directories\path]

Did exactly the same settings (1mb container, Standard TrueCrypt volume, password Test, whole container) in oclhashcat and it cracked just fine also took less than a second to crack. |

GPU is massively faster than CPU. Best GPU at the moment is a R9 290x and can do 203,000 on its own with one GPU core. |

The main two switches to play with are --gpu-loops=num --gpu-accel=num
I have them at --gpu-loops=160 --gpu-accel=40 so ... |
