Errr, no it doesn't work in cygwin. Cygwin doesn't throw the error that the script tests for. I'll have to look into another way of identifying the video card in that environment.

Made some amiable changes to the batchcrack.sh script that I hope people find useful. It'll find if you need cuda or ocl automatically, also you can adjust most options when the script starts instead...
