You should make it clear that this is for people who want to build hashcat. I would like to see a clean doc just for setting up a box without the dev packages just to deploy the binary the other steps...

The opencl runtime is still missing, you have to install it manually (the one from intel in your case)

You can't expect -g to give you the same performance every time simply because it randomly generates new rules at every start. Different rules -> different performance To benchmark rules take a fix...

Upgrade to hashcat 3.10 and the latest driver. Tho I am not quite sure if the 5650 is still supported in amds opencl - that error means that hashcat wasn't able to find any device it can run on.
