It always gets so messy when you try to learn a new thing xD oclHashcat-lite doesn't have any attack-modes other than brute-force, thus, -a3 should be removed.

Try coping the command line next to Start button and pasting it into the cmd window that popes up. An advice: Try learning command-lines, GUI is definitely not for pros = )

It's not a bug in my view. --remove shouldn't be used with --salt-file=. (Otherwise, Hashcat will try to append each salt to each hash in left file) Tip: For easy algos like $salt.$pass or $pass...

I suppose you are on Windows. Try with -r nul since you aren't using any actual rules.
