Post: RE: Keyspace List for WPA on Default Routers

I'm guessing you made a typo somewhere? I just checked the fancy branch and ran pskracker from the local directory and had no problems. "a" is just an arbitrary test key to check that the output wo...

80C isn’t HORRIBLE, though I do try to keep mine under 75C. As Royce suggested, check that there is good airflow over the card. Helps to move it in the center most PCIe slot so air can get around bo...

I can’t imagine you’re running a 32-bit system. Try hashcat64.exe.

Don’t get AMD cards for hashcat. Go with 1070s or better. Next gen cards don’t seem to have great predictions either (based on rumors) so I would really worry about that. And if you’re using...

2 1070s will be faster but will consume more power and generate more heat. It’s all preference. If you go with a 1080 you can always throw in another later on.

Additionally, you can get a cheaper 1070 Ti and get *just* under 1080 performance at stock clocks.

First, a 1080 Ti can and will chew 300W each. That’s 1200W already, not including your CPU, fans, and other peripherals. 1500W probably isn’t enough. As far as liquid cooling, it will always k...

I too would stay away from AMD cards. I repurposed an AMD mining rig for hashcat and decided to sell off my inventory for Nvidia. As for distribution software, I use hashtopolis.

You have 67 handshakes in one hccapx. Clean it out to one only. Don’t use tools like wpaclean. .

A quick note about 802.11r... the new trend is "mesh" networking. Lots of homes are popping up with 2-3 APs all linked together so I guess it kinda does make sense. And I guess vendors would want to h...

It is still doing the same computation as mode 2500... AKA it still has to calculate the PMK which is very slow.
