| 2 1070s will be faster but will consume more power and generate more heat. It’s all preference. If you go with a 1080 you can always throw in another later on. |

| I too would stay away from AMD cards. I repurposed an AMD mining rig for hashcat and decided to sell off my inventory for Nvidia.
As for distribution software, I use hashtopolis. |

| I’d probably look for FE cards and a high quality 1600W PSU. A 1080 Ti can use 300W each, already putting you at about 70% of your maximum, not including CPU, HDD, and fans. |
