| Yes, it absolutely matters when using hex charset, as the same character with two different encodings likely have two different hex values.
You need to figure out which encodings/codepages are used... |

| 6670 is an old card, it's probably dying. Also it's a VLIW5 card, which AMD is dropping support for in the next driver release, so you should probably consider ditching that GPU regardless. |
