there is an open ticket on od6config's github to add voltage control. it's easy to add, i just haven't found the time to do it.

even at 100% load for weeks on end, the cards have yet to get over 70C in this chassis. most of them stay at 64-65C. in another chassis we have, the cards stay around 82C. so the temps are perfectly a...

actually i don't think there's any technical reason it shouldn't work as long as your motherboard supports PCIe MR-IOV. from a technical standpoint, i don't think this would be much different from usi...

ah ok, you're passively cooling it. cool :) i have no explanation for the speed difference, maybe it's just a lower binned chip.

there's no performance difference between pcie gen2 and gen3 for hash cracking, and i can't think of any bios issues that would impact performance. so you're barking up the wrong tree. it really so...

i do not know of any 1U or 2U systems that will work with Radeon GPUs. we've experimented with a few different models out there, and they're all designed for older, low power Teslas.

280X is just a rebranded 7970, which is an Overdrive5 GPU. So no, od6config will not work with it.

Depends on the 2U systems. The Tyan FT77 will draw ~ 2800W from the wall under full load.

13.9 Legacy isn't really 13.9. It's an updated wrapper for an older driver (12.6 iirc.) But either way, the HD 4000 series was released before the release of OpenCL, and thus wasn't designed for O...

the amount of memory its reporting is not the amount of memory on the card, but rather the amount of memory that is available for compute tasks. if you want to use more than 3GB, you can set the GPU_M...

watercooling isn't very popular in this community, so you probably won't get much help with that here. why do you want to run them on water when they run so cool on air to begin with? you shouldn't...
