-j and -k do not work with rules files. they only work with single rules. if you want to use the append rule then you need to escape it, else your shell will attempt to interpret it as a variable.

cuCtxCreate() is returning 2, which is CUDA_ERROR_OUT_OF_MEMORY. Your card does not have enough memory for whatever attack you are running. I would be surprised if an 8800 even worked at all.

it is absolutely possible that it is faster on cpu than on your gpu. gpus are not magic "everything goes faster" devices. you're using a very low-end mobile chipset.
