It's possible it's a false positive but the odds are pretty low. Especially if the password it found make sense.

No. TEA is a block cipher, and hashcat targets hash algorithms. See also https://hashcat.net/forum/thread-4874-post-27356.html#pid27356

No, Hashcat doesn't support cracking DES encryption. But it does support some password hashing algorithms which incorporate DES (descrypt, LM hash, etc.) Hashcat does support some popular encrypted fi...

There's no benefit to using PCI-e Gen 3 slots over PCI-e Gen 2 slots. Gen 3 cards still work at full speed in a Gen 2 slot.

oclHashcat is not open source and thus ships pre-compiled kernels. The kernels are compiled for 13.1 and will not work with other versions. Although 13.4 seems to be close enough to 13.1 that a lot of...

this is a salted algorithm and you have 10 salts, so your effective speed will be 10x slower than if you were cracking a single hash. 2533 H/s * 10 = 25330 H/s which is damn close to your benchmark va...

where did you download opencl.dll from? opencl implementations are vendor-specific. you should be using the opencl library shipped with your vendor's drivers.

oclHashcat-* only supports AMD Radeon HD devices with OpenCL, and NVIDIA devices with CUDA. Intel devices are not supported.
