Yeah that's not possible with hashcat or combinator.bin, you're going to have repeating words. And of course 8-14 you're going to start running into disk limitations real quick.

the problem with asics is that they are, by definition, application-specific. bitcoin asics will only work for bitcoin, and nothing else. well, you could attempt to use them for password cracking, but...

MCU is the compute unit, which is a simultaneous multiprocessor. you have 14 of them. on your architecture, each MCU has 8 shaders, which nvidia calls "cuda cores." 8*14 = 112 total shaders.

hashcat only accepts two arguments, and you're specifying three arguments: container.txt, the mask, and passwort.txt. i'm assuming passwort.txt is the one you want to get rid of.
