the two major issues with 1.22 are the devices randomly changing properties at runtime, and vcl thinking that devices are no longer available or are otherwise already busy.

the syntax for -a 1 is different for plus than with hashcat. -a 1 works fine in plus, you don't need to pre-generate any dictionaries or use pipes.

''-w 2'' together with ''-n 32 -u 1024'' does not make any sense. Use one or the other. The latter is sub-optimal. Ideally you should use neither, and use -w 3 instead.

Titan X is the best. But no matter which card you buy, you'll never be able to brute force 95^8. You'd need 700 Titan X GPUs to brute force that in one year. |

why would you use -u 320 for wpa? that doesn't make any sense. use -u 4096

hm, that's really weird. are you giving them enough work to do? maybe you can post the output of `s' during a run. |

ah yep, that's it. he's cracking 10 different hashes with 10 different salts. 13099 * 10 = 130990 H/s which is the expected speed. |

it's because of how many were rejected (32.24%). the estimated time is based on how many *valid* combinations there are, but over 1/3 of your candidates were invalid, so it was able to finish way ahea... |

this is an issue with your terminal encoding, not an issue with hashcat.
just because enca says the dictionary contains ascii characters doesn't mean you don't have some other characters in your dict... |
