I actually have "od6config --autofix --adapter 0,1,2 --set core=1100,mem=1375", writing from memory.
What's wrong with that syntax? Combining the autofix w... |

do you really mean > 5000, or do you really mean < 5000? if you mean > 5000, then go with the tyan ft77, hands down. if you mean < 5000, go with a UD7 in a Chenbro RM41300. |

Thread: 4x SLI GTX 1060 Hashcat Rig
Post: RE: 4x SLI GTX 1060 Hashcat Rig
I have different advice.
1. No such thing as an "overkill CPU" now that Hashcat can use both CPU & GPU cooperatively, and modern CPUs with AVX2 are actually fast enough to make a noticeable differe... |

RAM is pretty cheap, better to have "too much" than not enough. RAM also helps with tasks like wordlist manipulation (e.g., ''sort -u -S 32000M''), or using hashcat features like --show and --left aga... |

first, you're comparing lite to plus. second, you're using a salted algorithm, not a raw algorithm. third, we have no idea how many hashes/unique salts you're cracking because you did not paste the fu... |

Thread: 5970 slow?
Post: RE: 5970 slow?
the salt makes a difference depending on the number of hashes, and also whether it's salt.pass or pass.salt. i have only posted benchmarks for lite, which only supports pass.salt. -m 120 is salt.pass,... |

6x 7990 is not possible. 7990 is a dual-GPU card, so 6*2 = 12 GPUs. However the driver only supports 8 GPUs. Maximum possible 7990s in one system is 4. |

Thread: 6 x rx480 ? is this good???

This looks more like an Ethereum mining rig than a Hashcat rig. The RX480 is a shitty GPU for password cracking, and if you have 48GB VRAM (6x8GB) then you really want at least 48GB of host RAM as wel... |
