Either you did not extract the archive properly, or you are not in the cudaHashcat directory. I assume it's the latter since you said you added it to your PATH, that will not work.

you do not want to install the SDK as it supplies an old version of libOpenCL. so that advice is definitely not wrong.

you are receiving this error because it is not allowed to have a .hccap file that includes WPA and WPA2 hashes.

oclHashcat 1.35 does not support wallet.dat. This functionality was added in 1.36, which has not yet been released.
