| Hashcat supports whatever Catalyst supports, and Catalyst only supports compute on Radeon HD 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx cards. If you have a choice, go with HD 7970s. |

bandwidth is not an issue, see my passwords12 talk. latency is the issue with ethernet. you're never going to get full performance with ethernet, it is not possible... |

| it is absolutely possible that it is faster on cpu than on your gpu. gpus are not magic "everything goes faster" devices. you're using a very low-end mobile chipset. |
