What's the output of ./oclHashcat64.bin -m 7100 -b on each GPU? Also why are you using sudo?

Actually Pitcairn is GCN, I was thinking it was VLIW5, but that's just 7350 - 7670. So Hashcat should be loading a VLIW1 kernel regardless. But it may still be doing something else that is suboptimal ...

Hm, doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The R9 270 is showing up as Pitcairn, but Pitcairn is HD 7850 -- there aren't any Pitcairn-based R9 GPUs, and your core clock doesn't match the stock clock o...

define a custom charset that contains both uppercase and lowercase letters. -1 ?l?u ?1?1?1?1?1?1 it's all on the wiki, https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=mask_attack#custom_charsets

then you've made a syntax error elsewhere in your command. --help and the wiki can help you.

it's not that the cpu is too slow, it's that you're constantly having to make large transfers from the host to the device.

you are not giving the card any work to do, that is why there is 0% utilization. if you want to fully utilize the gpu then try adding rules to give the card something to do.
