First, for mode 1420 your hash needs to be formatted as hash:salt Second, your syntax is entirely wrong. Read the wiki article on mask attacks.

You're not giving the GPU enough work to do. It is impossible to gain any acceleration with straight dictionary attacks against fast hashes unless you supply an amplifier. https://hashcat.net/wiki/d...

If I understand correctly, you want to brute force both the key AND part of the message? To approach this with hashcat you will need to generate 10000 possible messages, one for each possible value...

Your 600k SHA1 are unsalted, whereas NetNTLMv1 is salted. You will incur a 1000x slowdown with 1000 salts.
