everything looks alright, but you have not specified a bruteforce charset. By default hashcat only uses lowercase letters for bruteforce (a-z).

install latest drivers. If this doesn't work, your chip is not supported. Mobile GPUs are often unsupported.

You are meant to press the keys on the keyboard forming a correct sentence (order matters!).
