Don't blindly trust "hash identificators". They just wildly guess. In cases of raw hashes it's an impossible job. If you want to find the correct hash algorithm read documentation or reverse engineer ... |

That's what you can expect from mid range mobile hardware. Especially the md5/wpa ratio is absolutely normal. |

If the mask is a valid path hashcat will try to load it as a hcmask file. Workaround is to create a hcmask file that has the / inside. |

It wasn't removed, it has just never been implemented. Note the predecessor of hashcat v3 and later is not hashcat-legacy but oclhashcat. |
