the algorithm does not feature salts. You cannot do this with any hashcat version.

in general you can stick to this rule: every mid-range/high-end desktop gamer card which is not too old is supported. (recommended AMD 5000 series or later)

ocl* versions are for GPU only. If you want to crack WPA with CPU you won't manage to avoid aircrack. But be warned, it is really slow. (WPA on CPU in general)

these are not exactly SHA1 hashes but base64(hex(sha1($pass))) ones. You need to base64-decode the hashes before you can crack them.
