| If you know you will only do gpu cracking a cheap dual core will be fine. RAM speed doesn't matter at all.
Power consumption obviously depends on the gpus you have.

| If you want to use more than 8 gpus you must use nvidia. The latest nvidia chipset is recommeded over amd. |

| Using a consumer range CPU should save you some money on the CPU. Your budget is quite low anyway.
Also you should go with two GTX 970/980 (depending on your bugdet). Don't buy AMD. |
