No idea. I don't know any benchmarks for mobile chips. But also keep in mind that performance will likely drop if running a few minutes because the chip will be throttled to avoid overheating. Laptops...

Not enough RAM leads to CL_OUT_OF_HOST_MEMORY errors. It won't slow down things. MD5/NTLM should be good candidates for stability testing, although there might be even better ones.

2000 series is mostly just overpriced for the performance. If you can get them for a reasonable price, get some 1080ti cards.

The problem is not with your benchmark command but with the post I think. It's cut off in the middle during the Truecrypt benchmarks. Or did hashcat crash at that point?
