| so i had some minutes on my hand and wrote a quick and dirty hash generator. I think this will make testing much easier.
The supported algorithms are far from complete, so feel free to extend it!

| it tries to read the hashcat.hcstat file from the cwd. If you run bf/markov from any other directory you just get "hashcat.hcstat: No such file or directory". Is this wanted?

| Using toggle rules fulfills the same goal and is much better because you can combine with other rules as well. I don't think there is real use for -a4. |

| oh, damn. mixed that up with case mutation. But whatever, i think most used scenario is something like fingerprint where you tend to combine two such permutated dictionaries. So no real use for this e... |
