what exactly do you think you could leave out? instance one: -1 ABCDEFGHIJKLM instance two: -1 NOPQRSTUVWXYZ nothing easier, neater and more universal.

you set the custom charset mask for the first char only.

You will need to enable increment mode. By default it will only try the exact mask length.

"keyspace" in itself seems to be a pretty well-defined word but does not match what hashcat considers "keyspace". Maybe this option should be renamed to something more fitting.

You should roughly have ram=vram and go with one cpu core per gpu (this is optional but you don't need to save $100 on the CPU). Some midrange Ryzen would work nicely.

One trillion per day? Laughable ;) Assuming your opencl drivers support that much devices hashcat will gladly use them. It scales linearly. For example see this 8x GTX 1080Ti benchmark, hitting 550GH...

you did not specify a mask. Also you have to quote your hash file.
