Thread: Simple Question
Post: RE: Simple Question
Is there any difference in performance? If not, i don't even see a reason for x64 libs. While x86 normally runs fine on almost all x64 OS, this does not apply vice versa.
Nevertheless I personally ... |

Thread: Single-mode john analog for hashcat
Post: RE: Single-mode john analog for hashcat
jtr's single mode just takes the user name/email and applies some rules to it (afaik). You can easily do that with hashcat. Just that you have to manually supply your rules. |

Thread: Sip Digest MD5 syntax problem
Post: RE: Sip Digest MD5 syntax problem
you need to remove the "sip:" from "sip:192.168.0.38". That may or may not be all that is wrong. Besides that, it's a little suspicious that the second variable is empty. |

Thread: Skipping X Amount of passwords

there is no easy answer to that as hashcat's "keyspace" is not your actual keyspace but some internal measure. It depends on lots of things for your specific attack and is generally not possible to ca... |

Thread: SLI GPU's to pair with GTX780
Post: RE: SLI GPU's to pair with GTX780
The GTX 780 is a pre-maxwell gpu and has poor hashcat performance. Hashcat does not use SLI at all. It will simply use whatever processing units are available and allowed to be used. You can freely mi... |

You can use -w4 for slightly better speed. Other than that, you are comparing a straight wordlist attack with over 3m hashes with a bruteforce on one single hash. Performance will definitely be worse.... |

You seem to be using the word "order" wrongly which led to some confusion. If you want to match a password policy have a look at PACK https://thesprawl.org/projects/pack/ |
