Don't blindly trust "hash identificators". They just wildly guess. In cases of raw hashes it's an impossible job. If you want to find the correct hash algorithm read documentation or reverse engineer ...

You should tell hashcat what it is supposed to do. All you told it is what hash to attack.

at any time you can simply quit hashcat when running the command philsmd gave you and later resume the cracking by running "hashcat --restore"
