From the screenshots you have posted that does not seem to be the case. Both your Nvidia cards are listed and apparently being used, your CPU is skipped.

You need to split your hash file into smaller chunks.

by default hashcat will create a session called "hashcat". You can restore the session by simply running "hashcat --restore".

mode 3800 only supports a single salt. You need to use mode 20 and create your attack in such a way that the email (second salt) is always appended to the actual candidate.

Tried a few things with PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 but no dice. Tried iteration count 1-3000, then up to 30500 in 500 steps and also 2^x, x ∈ ℕ
