sounds like a broken opencl runtime. Does the same happen without -t option?

Your nvidia opencl runtime, not your intel one. Try reinstalling the graphics driver.

You don't need a different hashcat version to use your cpu. See --opencl-device-types option Use --potfile-disable to disable checking of already cracked hashes.

I wouldn't expect anything to run on such an outdated OS. hashcat probably won't run on that hardware at all due to missing opencl drivers.

I think the goal is to replace certain characters with certain others. That's not possible with rules. hashcat-legacy had a table lookup mode which did exactly this.

Just checked, 5.1.0 does have that folder, too. If your GPU is not detected something with your driver is wrong.
