Probably just (yet another) The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) issue. Can you try on a different OS?

You can't compare mobile chipsets to desktop chipsets. Those are completely different things.

No idea. I don't know any benchmarks for mobile chips. But also keep in mind that performance will likely drop if running a few minutes because the chip will be throttled to avoid overheating. Laptops...

It wasn't removed, it has just never been implemented. Note the predecessor of hashcat v3 and later is not hashcat-legacy but oclhashcat.

nvmlDeviceGetFanSpeed(): Not Supported is only a warning. The error is right above that. Install the proper opencl runtimes for your hardware.
