If you receive the same error with the example hash something is wrong with your command line. I suspect the --username switch. |

You can create a dict of two combined nouns using either combinator or hashcat's stdout and then run a combinator attack with that new dict. |

Using mulitple delimiter characters isn't really a solution, just a workaround. Use hex-salt. |

Since you're only using your GPU for cracking you can simply ignore that warning. However. laptops are not recommended for hashcracking in general because they are not designed for high compute loads ... |
