You need to specify the correct hash mode (-m). To avoid any interference with your shell you best save the string in a text file. |

i guess it's more about keeping cpu and gpu threads synced. Syncing both produces an overhead, thus slowing down the overall process. |

unless there is a different way to check if the seed has been successfully decrypted other than the keccak hashing mentioned by philsmd above it's impossible to retrieve the password using the first 8... |
