Depending on your budget simply get the best nvidia consumer GPU you can afford. With only one GPU and no 24/7 usage there is not much you need to worry about.

No reason to use maskprocessor for such a simple mask attack. WPA is a rather slow hash mode and nine characters is rather long for a brute force. Find more clever attacks or die cracking.

if you are indeed attacking unsalted md5 there is no reason to have a targeted attack per hash.
