yeah, more hashes means slower speed. that is not because of the hashing, but because of the searching after the hashing if the candidate digest is in the list of wanted hashes

No, CUDA 6 is aimed for GPU beginners. You don't need to understand some basic concepts and can simply start coding. But nothing that helps us in terms of performance.

not accepting error reports from catalyst 13.11 beta 6 the worst driver ever. do not use it, its known to be broken and i warned couple of times

Did you make sure to have no words >= length 32 inside your dictionaries? That's the difference between both programs. There's also a huge difference between b53 and b57, please try again with b57....
