Is HD 5970 faster then HD7970 in SL3? You wrote the speed of hd 7970 SL3: 2825M/s.
I tested on my 5970 SL3: 3600-4000 M/s.

| The problem with hd7970 is that you need the "8.921.2 RC11" version (based on catalyst 11.12) while all other cards need catalyst 12.1. Means you can not have both types in the same system as long AMD... |
