| You need to install AMD Driver for GPU (I know it's crazy) - the CPU OpenCL runtime is part of it. You can uninstall the other packages you've installed, you don't need them. |

| Benchmarks are from Vega64 Air, which has 290W TDP (and from my experience it never pulls more than 250W). It's the liquid version which draws 350W.
Anyway the V100 is the killer if it wouldn't be... |
