you can try to exploit oclHashcat-plus using -m 21 and --hex-salt. But test it before, it might depend on salt length.

This is a lot of data. Note that MD5 transforms are segmented, means they are limited, to 64 byte. It requires another transformation each 64 byte. In other words: It gets slower.

85 is ways to long. best you can get is 55 with oclHashcat-lite.

oh yes, absolutly. team hashcat is not forced to use only hashcat tools. we use whatever fits best (see write-ups).

Either do what blandy said or add rules. oclHashcat-plus needs an amplifier on fast hashes to run efficient.

You should start with reading the wiki pages. On there, everything is explained, for example how to configure charsets with masks etc. Just one hint, DCC is not DCC2.
