| ah, thats two things:
1. it looks like you have space at line end. hashcat can not just ignore them because in theory a space char could be part of a salt. you have to manually clean your hashlist or... |

| ok got the files, much thanks. it is actually a bug. the bug occours if the length of the essid is >= 28. it will be fixed in the next version, or if you need i can give you access to beta section. |

| just checkout the latest aircrack-ng SVN version. exporting to .hccap became fixed part of aircrack-ng with revision 1962. |

| i guess you explained yourself wrong. if you want to run a hybrid attack, you should use rules. you can generates rules with maskprocessor. |
