See there is something wrong with your driver version. You should be on: Driver version: 1084.4 (VM) You sure you are not ob 13.2 beta?

The speeds on RipeMD160 will improve again once AMD fixes this confirmed bug: https://devgurus.amd.com/thread/166396 Currently I have to workaround this which makes the code a little bit slower.
