hashcat (cpu only version) has -m 1800. you may need to upgrade to latest version.

indeed, the quoting on windows is a bit strange. i use a wrapper script for my runs to avoid dealing with escape chars in windows :) but it should not find more passwords when running it multiple time...

thats the purpose of salting hashes, it makes multihash impossible. 64 * 39.6 = 2297,6 and you have to subtract some performance for the salt handling.. so everything works perfect

the 4xxx series is not supported very well by AMD's opencl runtime. for example there is no real shared memory nor constant memory. its there but "emulated" by slow global memory. dont expect to much ...

never heared about such an request in the past. the experienced hashcracker usually knows which dictionaries are good and which are not.
